REFUND

All the paid services on our platform are non-refundable unless specified. Any refund queries hence would not be entertained. Any EMI payments need to meet the specific deadlines else debarment or penalty might incur. The choice solely remains with the company. For refunds(if any), we process the same within 48 hours and it may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your source of payment

ASSIGNMENT

The Letude Edvisory Services Pvt Ltd is allowed to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification. However, you are not allowed to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

 

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between Letude Edvisory Services Pvt Ltd and you in relation to your use of this Website, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

 

GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
